Shipping Policy

SQUISHMAS & CO currently ships within the United States.

Our products are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers through Shopify Collective. Because items may ship from different suppliers or locations, products in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Rates
Available shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and the supplier fulfilling them.

Processing & Delivery
Processing and delivery times vary by supplier, destination, and shipping method. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. During holidays and other high-volume periods, carriers may experience additional delays.

Multiple Packages
If your order contains products fulfilled by different suppliers, you may receive more than one shipment or tracking number.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
